I started doing CrossFit over 10 years ago, and what initially drew me to it was the thought that it would make me more prepared for ANY challenge that comes my way. I didn’t just want to be a runner, or a weightlifter, or anything else. I wanted to do it all, and learn something from all physical disciplines.
As I immersed myself into CrossFit education, I realized the massive impact this lifestyle can make for the entire world’s health, and I discovered that the CrossFit community exists to do just that… make people’s lives better.
As we did more seminars and visited more gyms, we noticed that everyone we met were kind, generous people. This really made us want to grow our own community of like-minded, purpose driven, and selfless people. That is what I love most about coaching, building meaningful relationships. Getting in the best shape of your life is a secondary effect.
