LEARN ABOUT US & TELL US ABOUT YOU

During your no-sweat intro you'll get a chance to see the whole gym, meet some of our amazing staff and learn about everything we have to offer. You'll also get a chance to tell us a bit more about yourself and your fitness goals so we're prepared to help you achieve them!

SIGN UP & START TRAINING!

Before you dive into classes, we take you through your Onboarding Session.  In this 90-minute personal training session you will learn the CrossFit methodology, success tips for classes, nutrition, and we go through a workout 1:1.


Then, we will help choose the membership that's best for you and start joining us regularly for classes!
